Why We Offer Free Next Step Sessions
At CSB, we’ve seen what it’s like to build with limited resources, uncertain direction, and no one to call for clarity. We’ve lived that grind and we know too many powerful founders are stuck in survival mode, not because they lack talent, but because they lack access.
So we started offering Next Step Sessions quietly, at first pulling founders aside after events, following up with DMs, sitting with them after panels. No charge. Just strategy, structure, and belief in what they were building.
Over time, this became a core part of our work. Whether we’re sponsoring local pitch nights, offering behind the scenes guidance to vendors at pop ups, or amplifying Black and brown businesses through our events, we stay rooted in service.
The Next Step Session is our way of continuing that commitment, one founder at a time. It’s a space for overlooked entrepreneurs to be heard, helped, and handed a custom plan they can actually use realistic, impactful, and designed for where they are right now.
